Even easier when they're off the car. :)
On recommendation of a friend, I'm using Bel-ray 20W Fork Oil. "Shock Oil"
just elicits a quizzical look from people I've asked.

Not touching it until I have some materials at hand. Don't you just hate
the little "Damn! Now I have to get some of that..." interruptions to
what should be a quickie job?
