I kinda thought about finding a dual circuit unit (as I'm not planning on using a servo, at least at first) I know some of the Hunter / Arrow range used a Lockheed dual M/C, which should be pretty close fit, though I can't remember off-hand whether the mounting bolt pattern is the same. (above-below vs left-right?)

in fact, I reckon a lot of Lockheed brake gear may be interchangeable with contemporary Girling bits.

e.g. Would Rootes have two different gearbox bellhousings cast, one for Girling (Alpine) clutch slave cylinder, and one for Lockheed (Rapier etc ) slave??

I've also got brand new Lockheed BF21 (early Hunter) brake drums, which look to be interchangeable with the Alpines Girling drums: depends on the wheel's rear face. Can anybody confirm / deny?
