Thanks to James and the others for coming to my defense. Let me say one thing I would never have had started down the v-6 path if I had known what a headache it was going to be - shift kits engine mounts trans mounts etc. It would have been much easier to go stock ( although this car did not have an engine or trans)

I my defense everything, except the drive train has been restored to original condition, with no modifications to the body or frame to prohibit the retrofit of the original drive train.

I thank everyone here on the list for the five years of information I have gathered. I am glad the restoration is over, and that I can dive the car in confidence, and of course in style.
