Start at the lowest damping settings (ccw), and bounce both sides of the car. Adjust the shocks (cw) till the car bounces only once. Do not assume that there will be any relationship between any given number of adj clicks and that sides required damping setting.
After both/all sides bounce only once and identically , you have your starting point. This sets the suspension in a critically damped position, and equalizes the right to left setting to give equal damping.
Drive the car, and adjust the fronts or backs in pairs, one click at a time.
Adjust till YOU like the feel. Some like a hard well damped ride, and some dont mind bouncing a little in the interest of a softer ride.
Hope this helps.
