Well, so far all of those interested are online so at the beginning, this will not be a problem. As new members join, we could ask if they have access to e-mail and if not add, them to a list of people who get hardcopy notices of events, etc. Someone would have to take the time to get the notices out. I think most people have access to e-mail at work so this may not be such a big issue but time will tell. I don't think that you can get away from some kind of mailers completely unless that is the way you want to run your club.
