Not exactly.
One person, with a nice Tiger, asked the guy with the "ugly duckling" to move his car. But since this "one person" happened to be closely associated with the "leadership structure" of C.A.T. "The Club" at the time, the person who got asked to move pretty much associates the incident with C.A.T., "The Club."
