Yes, Commer Cob was the cheapiest car available in 1963 (until russian
Jalta/Zaporojetz came), and I have heard that when found about 20 years
ago, my Alpine had Cob engine (and radiator, which gave me much trouble
during hot city jams until I found out what the reason was).
I have never repaired the clutch myself, so I don't know the flywheel, but
it surely has the diapraghm spring.
