The sleeve wouldnt be a high stress problem in this case, its just
sort of a shell around the bush itself. Could make installation a little
nicer as the flexible part wont deform during the pressing.

The early bushes are solid metal "steel", and the bushes are
threaded to run on the threaded fulcrum pins.
Later pins are round, without threads, and have nuts to retain the
bushes.
Hense, no compatibility.
