As the sleeve is only a wrapper around the bushing, it is not an issue. It is
only an issue when the part is load bearing, such as a bolt that holds on a
control arm.

Subject: Superflex bushes
Based on an ad seen in Practical Classics, check out the following website:
www.racecar.co.uk/superflex
This company sells polyurethane suspension bushes for many cars, including
Tiger and Alpine 4-5.
They mention that where applicable they use stainless steel sleeves. Wasn't
there a thread a while back (Jarrid?) about the dangers of stainless steel
in high stress applications?
For some reason, our cars can be found under H for Hillman!
Why couldn't these same bits be used on earlier Alpines?
Does anyone have any experience with this company?
