I'm lookig for either an output shaft or a transmission for my Mk I tiger. It
seems the one I have is bent, and has chewed up the drive shaft yoke shaft. I
have a severe vibration when I drive it over 35 MPH; I took the car to the
local shop because I couldn't get the drive shaft out of the trans. The rear
bearing is bad and the tail stock seal is shot. The guys at the shop found the
svere wear on the yoke and determined the output shaft is bent.
Has anyone experienced this condition before? The yoke is worn down about 1/8"
on one side where it has been rubbing on the rear bearing and probably the
tail housing.
