And even earlier. Sunbeam were kicking posterior before MG, Triumph and AH
even came into existence.

Unless I'm very much mistaken MG, Triumph and AH have never won a Grand
Prix. Sunbeam have won two. Sunbeams have raced in the Indy 500, placing as
high as fourth. I would be mightily surprised if Triumph or MG ever had an
entry. And of those four manufacturers, Sunbeam has had the highest placing
at Le Mans: second.

And as for land speed records.............
