Brad, thanks for posting those ads. Loved the "tiger" one.

As to your comment about dash boards, the pictured car is a GT. If you
will recall from various postings before, GT's came with wood dashes,
carpet, courtesy light above the rear view mirror, some other stuff, and NO
TOP. Your car appears to have the metal top covers, meaning it's not a GT,
which would not have the black dash.

As to the turn signal, I read somewhere, but my memory is sketchy, that
they started on the left but were later switched to the right (or was it
the other way around). I think I read about it in the Book of Norman. I
believe it was driven by the US market. It's very easy to switch them
around if you care to do it.
