Alpine List Hat

I spent most of the day Saturday working on the actual design for the Alpine List Hat. I was able to take the actual designs from online. While I was able to successfully digitize both the front design and the Alpine script for the side, it involved some tedious hand drawing to get the design cleaned up. I hope you guys like it!

I tried using the email address on the bottom of the design straight and curved. One limitiation of stiched vs. stenciled is that the letters have to be a certain size to be legible. The straight version works, but I have to make the line longer than the original design to have it legible.

The curved address I did in the Blue cotton hat with the requested colors. That hat is cotton but fairly stiff material and while it looks OK, I also did a stone-washed khaki crown hat. I don't know if you can tell from the photos, but the finished product is much smoother. The stone-washed is actually .15 or .20 cents higher, so I'm not trying to pass-off a cheaper hat, I just want you guys to have the best looking hat I can do.

I also took the liberty to include some other possible items that other lists have ordered. Shown with the New Beetle logo and some in blank are a floppy style hat for the younger or non-conformist crowd, a pre-washed denim long sleeve shirt, a twill long sleeve shirt, a zip cadet collar sweat shirt and a fanny pack.

The hat worked out to $9 plus $3 for the side stiching (need to decide which side or whether to put over the back center of the hat) + $3 shipping per order. Order with a friend or order lots of stuff and save on postage. I have about 6 or 7 hours of design work in the hat so far and a similar hat at the hat guy at our local mall is $18 and up depending on quantity so the price should be OK.

I apologize in advance if you have problems seeing the page. Some browser software doesn't seem to want to "see" the page. If you have problems, you can send me a SASE and I'll mail you a photo-quality page showing all of the items.

thanks
