Harrington?? WOW

I found a few pictures of a Harrington D type (although I seem to recall
reading somewhere that Harrington did not lable it a D type). The D type
is based on a SIV and is the same as the Tiger Harrington, but NOT the same
as this Alpine Coupe shown in the lastest Horn. So, the mystery continues.
My guess now is that this is a one-off car by an owner with a great eye for
getting the right lines. Or, merely someone who copied an Aston Martin as
close as possible!
As I said, I have e-mails out to some folks at SAOC in England inquiring
about the car.

P.S. I did see those Tiger kill stickers on Steve Smith's car on the back
page - very cool. Steve, by the way, is the club competition secretary.
He advertises regularly in the Horn as Minx Developments getting 130BHP
from your Alpine. I note from the picture of his engine compartment that
he is running dual SU's on his car.
