Jan, When I removed the wheels (wire) there are four 5/8" Bolts on the face of the brake drum. I have not been able to loosen them at all. I was afraid I might break them. Where is the flat head screw that you are talking about, on the face of the drum on on the back? And what exactly does it do. Rob
