To me, once I felt some pedal resistance (and the slave was moving
slightly), close the bleeder screw and I just continued to pump the
clutch pedal and the system bled the air out itself. My educated guess
is that the remaining air bubbles just rise up through the system, and
pass out the master reservoir.
