A good functioning, leak free OD will set you back somewhere around$1000 USD.
Cheaper used ones could save you money, but offten they
turn out to be lunched (Ive bought two that way) no money saved.
It may or may not be a 4.222.
You may have to count turns on the goezzina and the goezzouta to
verrify what you do have.
Performance will be gained on the 4.222 by 8.6% better acceleration,
but of course you will allso suffer from more revs (8.6% more imagine that!).
This means that your car will run at 3800 RPM at 60 instead of 3500 RPM.
Oh, and popping in a 3.888 rear diff will be a walk in the park compared
to putting in the OD.
Trust me here.
