It's a bit technical, but no we do not need new hats.

tri*mph.cs.utah.edu is the actual name of MJB's machine in Utah where
the list is hosted.

autox.team.net is an alias to tri*mph.cs.utah.edu.

MJB wants us all to use autox.team.net so that if tri*mph.cs.utah.edu
ever changes names or goes away, the autox.team.net alias will be
reassigned to another machine and 99% of us won't have to change
anything.

The mailing list filtering software is set up to reject messages
which contain the string "tri*mph.cs.utah.edu". Not that I have
changed the "u" in "triumph" to a "*" to defeat this filter.

Please edit your replies to just include quoted text and not quoted
headers. If you include quoted headers the chances are good that your
message will be rejected. MJB has set the mailing list filters quite
strictly in this regard. autx.team.net hosts about 50 mailing lists,
so its load is quite heavy. Every rejected mail message means the
properly formatted messages go through that much faster.
