I'm running Goodyear Eagle GT+4 radials (at) 175/60-13....they fit well on
standard rims and have no clearance problems. I had a friend that put
Yokohama radials 185/60-13 but only could fit them on the back. They had
quite a big bulge and I think that's probably not a good thing for
cornering.

Subject: tires for a series V
This question has come up recently but I never saw a reply. What is
the widest tire you can put on a stock SV with original wire wheels? I
am considering 185-70-13 but it seems to me someone said there may be
interference in the front end during hard cornering. What are you fellow
wire wheelers running on your SVs?
