Rob, If you are planning more than a spray over you might consider
powder coating.It is more durable than paint and is not affected by
leaking brake fluid like paint. I had my wheels stripped and then paid
$20.00 each for the coating. Unfortunately not all the grease inside the
hub was removed during stripping and during the heating phase of the
coating process it melted and ran out on the wheels ruining the finish.
The people at the coating shop were good enough to redo them at no
charge. Make sure if you bead blast your wheels you get the grease out.
