another engine removal

For the second time in my life I am removing an engine. The first was the
Capri motor. This one is the Hillman Minx motor that's in my SV (a lot
easier).
I am removing it with gearbox connected. Gearbox and motor are all loose.
Everything looks fine except the rusted together exhaust pipes. I have done
the hammer thing, and am currently letting the "Wrench It" soak in. Don't
have a way to heat it, but I don't think I will need to.
Question: After I get the pipes loose, will I be able to simply push
everything forward so as to free the back of the tranny from the driveshaft
and drop it using the floor jack, or is there something to disconnect there?

Thanks,

Tim
