My tranny disintegrated and I am looking for a suitable replacement. The
S.III overdrive on my S.V box was a very nice mix.

Has anyone bought one of Smitty's trannys? I am blushing at the $1000
price tag.
Are there other sources for ones that will need relatively little work?
