Yes this is correct. There are two wires on the A terminal. The main
wire to the solenoid is Ok. The other brown wire is fried. I am
positive that this wire is same wire that is under the dash, because my
ohm meter shows zero resistance. Wheather or not that wire is
connected, I am getting week power the ignition switch.
At ignition switch, I am getting 12 volts on brown wire with key off.
2.8 volts with key on.
When I ran a test wire from under the dash where the brown wire
connected, to the terminal on the control box, there was no change in
anything.

I'm really confused now.
