rusted bolts

Last one for tonight!
Three of the eight bolts holding the seat tracks on simply broke in half
while I was trying to remove them, leaving part of the bolt stuck in the
hole. Without a welder or any uncommon tools, how can I get these out? I
was thinking of trying to drill through the center and hopefully be able to
either turn them out or chip away without ruining the original threads of
the hole. Right now I am letting Wrench-it soak in.
