how to remove gauge lamp crystal

As mentioned before, my Tach and Speedo have lamps in them that later
Series have mounted in the dash. One of those lamps has a cracked
crystal. I have a spare in another gauge. But, once they didn't come
out easily, I thought I should find out how they should come out before
I risk making a mess.

PS: Would anyone have a blue crystal?
