Spanner Help

I just took a look at the head top with the valve cover off to see the
location of the bolts to re-torque the head. Sure enough, it looks like
there's no way to get to them without taking off the valve train above,
due to the angles and small space involved. However, in section B, page
19 of my Rootes Shop Manual, under "Retightening of cylinder head
bolts", it says "The Churchill special spanner enables this to be done
with the rocker gear in position. See section S". That's the tool page
which long ago ripped out of the book and has been lost. Does anyone
know what this spanner is and how to get one? It looks like this would
save hours of aggravation. Also, I tried to access the Shop Manual page
from the Alpines 1959-67 web page and the link to the Shop Manual
apparently no longer works. Has anyone had luck with this (or do they
have a new web site)?
