I was slipping too. My oil was up. This list convinced me to switch to
regular motor oil from gear oil.
It made no difference. I then attacked the switch on top of the
gearbox. It was worn.
One worn switch test that worked for me was to hold the gear shift hard
right while driving in OD in 3rd or 4th.
If you let go, the gear shift will ease slightly to the left and the WORN
switch will disengage the OD. Until I could get at the switch I actually
used a bungy cord to drive in OD.
This switch will wear down and has thin spacers that can be removed because
of the expected wear.
I removed all the spacers and my OD slips no more.
