If I replace the previously repaired/welded front axle stub, I would like to
consider lowering the front end slightly. This would also be the time to
replace the ball joints. What are my options re: lowering the front end?
I've heard about using tiger coil spring minus one half a coil and also
using a raised axle design from another Sunbeam/Rootes (Hillman?) car. I
would assume Tiger springs are easy enough to come by, how about alternate
axles? How much a job (time and technical challenge) would I be getting into?
