I could be wrong, but I think you run more of a chance of creating a
leak in your tank than pushing the dent out. There are dent pullers
that use powerful magnets to hold the metal, but you'd probably have to
take it to a shop for that. Or you can go the rivet-weld route.
Little copper rivets you weld to the surface and then attach a dent
puller to. I think it would take a considerable amount of psi to push
the dent out, far more than the tank was designed to handle.
