Oil problem - before tearing into the engine, try another oil pressure gauge
first just in case. Also might be possible that the relief valve may not be
closing all the way (for whatever reason) allowing oil to bypass into the
pan. This would make sense since at cold temperatures there is enough
pressure to open the valve and maintaining pressure at low rpms is not a
problem. If all else fails, it may be the pump.
