Kelly, the 1725 engines have five main bearings and the others have three.
As for destroying the value, that depends if you are planning to "show" the
car. If not, then the value is up to you. Chris Albers is going for a "show"
car so he's trying to keep the car as cosmetically original as possible and
may I say that it looks good!
