The part is actually a drain tray that connects to a duckbill drain in
the trans tunnel via a hose. These are not currently reproduced and
they can be very hard to find used as they tend to dry out and crack
due to the heat of the heater core. I happened to find mine at
Smitty's. It was the only uncracked one he had.
