Greatings all.
I am getting my SII back together. I feel that if I get two parts on in
a day I will be doing good. I just asembled the hood latch and
release. When the release is pulled the hood pops up and the release
pull snaps back into place, but the hood is still latched (safety
latch?). When these cars were new did one have to pull the release and
lift the hood at the same time? If so, good thing it is a convertable.
