I have never had any trouble towing an Alpine anywhere with a towbar. The
secret is to take off the front bumper and drill 2 holes through the jacking
frames so that it never comes loose. I guess the farthest I've towed an
alpine is from El Paso or Reno...thats about 800 miles. The car is
light...tows easily...and talk about cutting expenses!!
