Brake Stuff

Thanks everyone for your suggestions about the brakes. However, I have
pretty much run out of things to replace.

Master cylinder: New
Servo: Disconnected from system
Front Flex Hoses: New
Front calipers: Rebuilt w/ stainless pistons
Front pads: New
Front disk: Old but with a ton of material left
Rear cylinders: New
Rear pads: old *
Fluid: New DOT 4 **

* I have new pads but when I installed them I couldn't get the hubs back on.
They were about 1/16" to big for the hub. I am not sure if the rear brake
cylinders were bigger or what. I decided that I didn't want to fight it so I
put the old pads back on and adjusted the rear brakes.

** I put in all new fluid and flushed through four cans of the DOT 4 just to
make sure that I had the new fluid through the whole system.

I did not have a whole lot of time after rebuilding the front calipers to
try and diagnose the problem. At this point it seems like it HAS to be
sticking pad. I will try the techniques that you folks gave me to try and
find out which one.

By the way Bob, when the brakes aren't slowing me down the engine has a ton
of power starting at about 3000 RPMs. It's very smooth but has a rough idle
probably due to the cam.

Again, thanks for all the help,
Kurt
