I just got back from SUNI yesterday. What a fantastic event! I got
to meet some of us listers, and connect faces with the names I've read
about in the TE/AE newsletter. The cars we've read about on this list
and the people who's questions and answers we've looked forward to each
day were there in the flesh. There is much to tell but for the moment I
am running behind after being away for a week , so if you don't mind my
selfishness I'll take this brief opportunity to ask a question.
Why does my rotor ( ignition ) keep coming loose. I installed a
Pertronix ignition 2 weeks ago and have had trouble with the rotor
staying put. After having my after market rotor come loose in my second
attempt at the SUNI autocross , Christopher Albers was kind enough to
loan me his Lucas rotor which did the job. I returned it to him and
bought a new one from Rick back at the hotel and thought my problem was
solved but the new Lucas rotor came loose today as I was cruising on the
expressway.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is Krazy glue the answer?
