Though understandably biased, there's a good summary of the main

I had a radiator shop clean, solder the pin holes, and seal with the
common yellow PVC sealer for about $100 2 or 3 years ago.  It works fine for 
now, but I would go with the alcohol resistant version if I were doing it 
today.
Can't say anything about the Hirsch sealer from experience.  But have found 
their documentation to give a very accurate representation on other products 
of their's I've used.
