a big "thank you" to each of the four list members that sent me ideas about
how to approach the gas tank lining problem last week!
my problem for this week, and hoping for some collective wisdom, is a clutch
that occasionally seems to lose tension, perhaps 20-30% loss, which can be
retored by using the left toe to pump the clutch back upward. the clutch
master cylinder is not empty; there are no obvious leaks; the fluid level in
the master cylinder is not receding. has anyone experienced something
similar? should I repair/replace both the master and slave cylinders and
hope for the best?
