The problem you describe is caused by internal leakage of pressure in the
clutch master cylinder, allowing pressurized fluid to seep back to the inlet
(low pressure) side. a rebuild kit installed in the clutch master cylinder
will cure the problem. It is also bad for you alpine to leave the car in
gear at traffic lights and hold the clutch in as the graphite throwout
bearing doesn't last long to start with. Try shifting to neutral at the
lights and putting car back in gear just before the light changes green
