In the excellent book The Classic Sunbeam by Chris McGovern, page 158
shows a picture of an engine stabilizer which attaches to the cylinder
head to control engine shake. Has anybody tried this addition and what
results did you have? Also, I found a new set of tie rod ends still in
the original box and thought I would buy them for future use. I checked
my tie rod setup and found out my cross tube assembly for the steering
arm is all one piece, no removal of the tie rods is possible. Is this a
common Series 2 linkage because looking at the parts manual, it shows
tie rods adjustable and fixed cross tubes. Any ideas? Brent Kasl Series
