Chris, I go with 61 amp GM one wire alts on all my alps and conversions
because theyre dependable and cheap ($29.95 at Pep Boys) A simple bracket
must be made to bolt the alt to the alpine block , although I'm unsure of
the exaust header problem potential. Another nice thing about the GM is that
Moroso Racing Products makes different underdrive pulleys for them so you
can keep the alt rpm under 12k. Bob
