Kelly....you are the first to know that I am selling HERBEAM ! The car is
still in very good condition
despite the 60,000 mi I put on her since ground up resto completed in 1994.
This car won SUNI II concours 1st place modified alpine and Peoples Choice -
Best of Show at San Diego British car days (over 400 entries). Figuring my
time at $15.00/hr and parts I have over $15,000 invested in her. I would
sell to a list member for $6500....thats only $1500 more than the plain old
alpine you looked at. Maybe this car would be your cup of tea! My wife
loves it...she picked the colors and options.
for more info on the car call me! (858) old (619) 695-3257 and see my web
page at

http://web.cari.net/~herbeam

PS: The only reason I'm selling is that I am working on another alpine that
will never get finished as long as I'm driving HERBEAM ! I am also buying
one of my dream cars from 10 yrs ago...a 1990 Chrysler Maserati TC for my
daily driver and I need the money . Bob
