In 1968 I bolted on a pair of headrests on my Series IV seats. It looked
pretty good, they were red like the seats and were round, shaped sort of like
a roll of paper towels. I simply drilled into a solid spot on the upper rear
frame of the seat back but, frankly, I doubt that they would have been of any
value in a crash.
