I agree, but if he's still not willing, maybe you can offer him $50 bucks
for the frozen engine since it is frozen and may not be re-buildable. I
would take the running engine unless you are planning to restore the car to
"perfect condition", number matching is not a big concern....it's more of a
personal decision. How much are you paying for the car/parts?
