I am working at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City over the next few weeks
and happened to run into a Series V Alpine beig used as a "picture" vehicle
on another show called "Oh Baby". As I was checking out the car, the art
dept. was temporarily attaching an alpine hood ornament found on early series
Alpines to this Alpine's hood. When I commented that was not a feature for
this series Alpine, they said the director liked the way it looked so that
was that - that's Hollywood!
