Hi all,
I got my SII insured and registered yesterday, and took it for the first
on the road test. I have a few problems but the main is the oil
pressure. I drive the car about 10 miles. It has 30 weight oil. The
oil pressure was about 50 (at) 3500 rpm when I started the car, at the end
of the trip the oil pressure was about 25 (at) 3500 rpm. The temperature
stayed under 170 and was slow to get that high. Any sugestions about
what could be causing the gradual oil pressure loss? The air
temperature was about 75. Also this car has a SV engine with SII
cooling system.
