Torque Specifications for SV

My manual is at the machine shop with the head for my SV...I was hoping
somebody would
have the Torque Specs. for:

Connecting Rods
Cam Gear Bolt

I have the manual for the SII but there are differences obviously and I
would hate to take a chance on something as simple as an incorrect torque

What gives with the ONLINE manual on the Alpine website? I keep trying to
access it and get an error.
