Ok, yet another day I didnt actually do anything...life is busy. Did talk
with one of my partners in restoration crime and he found and has used a new
shop which does plastic bead blasting....seriously considering this to jump
start the work....anyone have any experiences good or bad they would like to
share? Parts have been coming out of the woodwork through the mailing list
thanks to all :) Looks like Im commiting to the swap to a SIV intake with a
weber carb, I intend to drive the heck out of this and I favor the weber over
the zeniths...may keep them for a later change to originality...but they seem
to be in great shape so if someone needs them I wont hoarde. Looks like my
SCCA DP 69 AH Sprite may have a new home which will lend a huge cash infusion
into this project...much needed since I have sold my sould to Uncle
Sam....doesnt pay well, call your congressman. My mind has completely short
circuted and suddenly I am willing to do anything and everything needed to
get this lovely old girl back on the road. Are you all afflicted the same as
me or have I gone over the deep end?
