I would get some soft copper tubing and solder fittings of the same diameter from the plumbing department and use solder to join it all together. This will hold the 14 psi in your house's water lines and will certainly hold the 5 psi in your fuel lines without leaking.

Matt,
The S3 has a solid fuel line from the pump, up the side of the block,
across the front, then a tee piece that splits off to the front carb.
The line continues along above the inlet manifold then does two right
angle bends to line up with the inlet of the back carb. Compression
fittings are used on the ends, but I don't know what type they are as I
have not had them apart - yet.
Mine is in several pieces with flexible hose to join it all up. Please
let me know if you find a way to renew yours as I would like to fix up
mine sometime.
