I had a similar problem with a Vauxhall a few years ago, it would suddenly
cut out and would not start for about 5 - 6 minutes, the problem would
repeat every few miles. It turned out to be a pinprick hole in the fuel
line, I replaced the line and the problem never recurred, your message was
unclear whether you had relaced the line, if not, it might be worth
checking.
